The Beckhoff KL1012 input terminal from the KL Analog Input Modules series is a reliable digital input terminal with 2 digital input channels for acquiring binary control signals at a nominal voltage of 24 V DC (-15%/+20%). It features a typical input filter of 0.2 ms and typical input current of 5 mA per channel, while drawing a typical 3 mA from the K-Bus. Compliant with EN 61131-2, type 1 standards, it ensures safe operation with 500 V isolation between field and K-Bus. Designed to operate between -25 °C and +60 °C and store between -40 °C and +85 °C, this compact 50 g module mounts easily on a 35 mm DIN rail using 4-wire connection technology, supporting rapid and accurate signal acquisition in industrial automation.
