The Kollmorgen M.1016.8892 (502-03518-03) is a premier, 8-channel DC output module. Its main function is to convert a 16-bit digital word into an analog signal with a range of ±11 Volts for each of its eight channels. So, within this full output range, it achieves a resolution of 16 bits or 65536 steps. The module utilizes a 25-pin card edge connector with screw terminals on the field side and provides a nominal voltage of ±11 Volts DC, maintaining an impressive voltage accuracy of ±5% at 11 Volts.
