Okuma's VACIII D11 is a meticulously built Spindle Drive Type A that meets the high standards of quality and precision that the company is known for. This compact but powerful spindle drive rotates the platters in a hard disk drive and is designed for direct driving capabilities. The unit includes five terminal blocks (EM2, EM1)*1, (STB2, STB1)*1, (U,V,W,Q), (R,S,T,Q), (P1, N1, Q1, FU, FV) and four connectors. Removing the front cover enables access to these terminal blocks for wire connection. The spindle drive is designed to convert motor-generated power into feed force and velocity. It comes with an integrated axial bearing that allows it to handle extreme axial loads. In addition, its integrated radial bearing and planetary gearhead facilitate higher velocities and forces. With its compact design and direct attachment capability, the VACIII D11 offers versatility for various spindle applications.
