The 1070085623 (DMA 30A 7101-D) is a product developed by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, a respected leader in precision motion control equipment manufacturing. The system excels in precise position control in addition to speed and current control features, owing to its superior digital closed-loop system. Suitable for use in conjunction with asynchronous linear motors, SF and SR synchronous motors, and integrated motors, it offers advantageous speed setting range, synchronization and precise positioning capabilities. The 1070085623 (DMA 30A 7101-D) is a three-phase module, standing 521mm tall and 50mm wide. It holds a cascade structure featuring integrated position and speed controllers. The module also includes a mains-friendly supply module with energy recovery capacity. The device facilitates a maximum current of 28 A and a rated current of 18 A under maximum continuous load at a system frequency of 4 kHz, or 12 A at a frequency of 8kHz. Despite its power, it only needs a 1.23 A current supply from a 24V power source. The 1070085623 (DMA 30A 7101-D) model comes equipped with a SERCOS interface to support various drive modes and ultra-fast control response, allowing simultaneous setpoint and actual value processing. Electronic plates store all necessary control data in the inverter module.
