The DMA 85B 1101-D is a servo drive module manufactured by Bosch Rexroth Indramat, falling under their Servodyn D Series. It's tailored to work with both asynchronous and synchronous motors, making it versatile and universally compatible. Distinguishing features of the module include its three-phase design, air cooling through backplane mechanics, and position control functionality. Built for control cabinet installation, it has a compact depth of 300mm. Please note, five minutes' wait is required post-disconnection from the mains, for de-energization of the system before the cover is removed. ESD protection precautions are mandatory for operation. It has a 50mm width. This servo drive module boasts a Sercos interface known for its easy commissioning, installation, and real-time processing capacity. Its digital current, speed, and position control functions are powered by a 32-bit signal processor on the processor board. An integral personality module provides redundantly safe, 2-channel monitoring via its RSU capability. The module has a 1.35A power demand from a 24V power supply module, and the resolver provides 12bit resolution of the actual position value. Remember, careful handling is required to prevent damage to this sensitive device. It integrates the RMB/DM type backplane module with two fans, operating with a current rating of 86ARMS at 4kHz frequency and a regulated DC link voltage of 675VDC.
