This product illustrates their innovative approach to design and manufacturing. The 1070170290 (PPC-R22.1N-T-N1-N2-NN-FW) model is a programmable motion/logic control system, dubbed VisualMotion 10. It is capable of managing up to 40 digital drives, making it a robust solution for complex automation requirements. The control unit of the VisualMotion 10, the PPC-R22.1, features three expansion slots, with slots 1 and 2 containing the master and slave PLS modules respectively, and slot 3 left vacant. It also includes a potential EtherNet connectivity option for security against unwanted network access. Each optional PLS option card comes with 16 outputs, two mini-phoenix connectors, LED indicator, and offers 250mA current draw. Updated every 250 microseconds, these PLS outputs offer continuous, reliable operation. The device requires a 24V DC connection via the X1 port and consumes total current of 1.2A. It is to be installed in the first RMB rack with the Reco 02 I/O module. The communication between two adjoining RMB racks is facilitated by a local bus. Operating in conditions with up to 78% humidity levels, the device is safeguarded by an IP20 protection rating and functions optimally between 0 to 45 degrees Celsius. Weighing approximately 1.3kg, the control unit operates on GPP 10 firmware, offering multi-axis motion control with integrated logic functionality. Firmware has to be ordered separately using the respective FWA typecode.
