134G7013
The 134G7013 is an AC variable-speed drive from Danfoss, supplied as part of the VLT 2800 Low Voltage Drives series. It is designed to modulate induction motor speed in continuous-duty process equipment, giving machine builders a compact solution for energy-optimized control. By converting fixed mains frequency into a variable output, the unit enables accurate flow, pressure, or mechanical throughput regulation in automated lines.
This model is rated for 2.2 kW of continuous output power, equivalent to 3.0 HP, allowing it to run medium-sized pumps, fans, or conveyors. It accepts a three-phase supply in the range of 380–480 V AC 50/60 Hz; the ±10 % tolerance keeps the drive operational during moderate line fluctuations. The power section is configured for 3-phase motor feeds, preventing current imbalance inherent to single-phase supplies. An internal filter that meets EN 55011 Class A1 limits conducted radio-frequency emissions on industrial lines. The control electronics sit behind an IP20 housing, so additional cabinet shielding is required when live parts must be touch-safe. Together, these electrical attributes align the drive with general automation standards for noise, protection, and grid compatibility.
Mechanical and interface features round out the configuration. The cooling surfaces use components manufactured with coating to resist humidity and airborne contaminants typical of wash-down or chemical areas. Its slim Bookstyle chassis allows dense side-by-side mounting in limited panels, and the hardware is shipped as Standard with brake so dynamic stops can be commanded without external choppers. A built-in SLCP display gives local parameter access; there is no application option card installed and the drive is supplied without a fieldbus module, making it a straightforward choice for hard-wired process duty.
