The Bosch Rexroth Indramat 2AD100C-B05OA1-AS03 is an asynchronous servo motor from the 2AD series, featuring a squirrel-cage rotor with fixed blower units for surface ventilation. It is equipped with NTC thermistors for temperature monitoring, allowing rapid protective responses to prevent thermal overload. The motor's sealed housing complies with IP 65 standards, ensuring it is touch-proof, dustproof, and resistant to water jets for use in challenging environments. Its operational specifications include a base speed of 1,500 RPM and a maximum speed of 9,000 RPM. An axial blower provides efficient cooling, and the motor includes a high-resolution feedback system to eliminate the need for an incremental encoder. It uses lifetime-lubricated bearings with a mechanical service life of 20,000 hours, offering a nominal torque of 35Nm and a nominal current of 27A. Designed for flange mounting, it can be installed up to 1,000 meters above sea level.
