The 2AD100C-B05OA2-AS23-B2N1 is a compact induction motor in the 2AD series, designed and crafted by industry leader Bosch Rexroth. Known for its exceptional functionality and integration, this motor is compatible with a variety of digital control devices from the IndraDrive, DIAX, and EcoDrive series. Ideal for applications like reshaping, printing, and packaging machines, this model boasts a squirrel-cage rotor for enhanced reliability, producing strong magnetic fields and high starting torque. It has a rotor inertia of 0.021 kgm2 and employs surface cooling with an axial blower to prevent overheating. The absence of brushes and slip rings in the rotor minimizes maintenance and noise. Featuring an output shaft with keyway for torque transmission and two NTC thermistors for monitoring its temperature, it is designed for flange mounting (IEC 34-7). It operates at a nominal speed of 1,500 RPM and can reach up to 9,000 RPM.
