The B & R Automation 2PS425.9 from the System 2010 Controllers series is a compact industrial automation controller module with dimensions 285×40×185 mm. It operates on an input voltage range of 18–30 VDC (nominal 24 VDC) and delivers up to 100 W output power while drawing a maximum 6.5 A. Protective features include thermal overload protection, current limitation, and a 10 A slow-blow fuse (250 V), supplemented by high external backup capacitance of 20000 µF on single-phase and 12000 µF on three-phase bridges. The module is compatible with BP200, BP201 and BP210 base plates, supports transient overvoltage protection of 2.5 kV, and incorporates a normally open READY relay contact, making it ideal for space-constrained control cabinets.
