The B&R Automation 3BP152.4 is a versatile, C-UL-US certified modular system for industrial automation, designed to adapt to a wide range of applications. Measuring 165 x 360 x 23mm, it features 9 slots capable of incorporating up to 14 specialized function modules via integrated main and expansion backplanes. The system operates within temperatures of -20°C to +70°C (battery) or -20°C to +60°C (without battery). Its modularity allows for configuration with an array of I/O, control, sensing, and motion modules as needed. A slim 23mm profile ensures high-density usage while requiring a 20mm clearance for ventilation. Compatible with third-party modules, it avoids proprietary constraints and leverages the latest sensor and I/O technologies. Configuration and diagnostics are simplified through B&R's Automation Studio, supporting fast commissioning via automated device detection. The 3BP152.4 delivers scalable solutions, ensuring flexibility for current and future industrial automation requirements.
