The 3DM455.60-2 I/O module, produced by B & R Automation, is designed for versatile industrial control applications, featuring eight digital inputs and outputs. It includes LED indicators for channel-specific statuses such as startup, error, and I/O functions. This module operates with a 5 VDC internal supply, consuming up to 3.5 watts. It ensures reliable performance through electrical isolation between PLC channels and input-output groups. Certified under CE, UKCA, and cULus (E115267), it supports 24 VDC digital inputs with rapid processing and various digital output circuit designs suitable for DC supplies ranging from 0 to 50 volts. The outputs manage loads up to 1 A and feature safety protections like reverse polarity, inductive switch protection, and thermal shutdown. Applicable for pulse width modulation and stepper motor control, it provides IP20 protection (EN60529) and operates within 0 to 60°C, for use in diverse environmental conditions.
