The 3DM476.6 I/O module by B & R Automation is equipped with 16 digital inputs and 16 outputs, ideal for industrial control applications requiring extensive I/O. It features LED status indicators and software-based operation monitoring. The module is powered by 2.0 W from an external 24 V supply and 2.5 W from an internal 5 VDC source, ensuring efficient power usage. It offers isolation between input groups and to the output group for reliability and security. Certifications include CE, UKCA, and cULus (E115267). Digital inputs can be configured for sink/source circuits with up to 24 VDC nominal voltage and a nominal 21 ms input filter. Outputs offer 24 VDC nominal voltage, 0.4 A per channel, and include protective features like reverse polarity and short circuit thermal shutdowns. Rated IP20, it withstands temperatures from -25°C to +70°C, with operational humidity from 5% to 95% RH. Compatible with System2005, it suits complex industrial setups.
