The 4PP015.0420-36, produced by B & R Automation, is part of the Power Panel 15 series, featuring a 4x20 character non-color LCD display with English/Katakana character support and LED indicators for status and diagnostics. It includes 16 keys, 12 of which are LED-equipped. This unit has a processor with a 0.8 microsecond average instruction cycle time and is powered by a 950 mAh lithium battery. It incorporates a real-time clock and hardware watchdog but does not support system bus expansion. Operating on PP01x OS version 2.36 or higher, it offers 300 KB of SRAM and 1024 KB of FlashPROM. RS232 interface support is provided with a 9-pin DSUB port for 115.2 kbps transfer over 15 meters. Features include two 32-bit event counters, one incremental encoder, eight digital outputs with 0.5 A nominal output and overload protection, and four differential inputs with 150 µs conversion time and 20 MΩ impedance.
