The 4PP045.IF10-1, produced by B&R Automation, is an interface module designed for use with PP45 power panels. It complements integrated interfaces by offering enhanced communication capabilities via an RS232 interface using a 9-pin DSUB connector, which supports data transfer rates up to 115.2 kBit/s with specific pin assignments. The module includes two status LEDs for basic diagnostics: LED RxD illuminates orange during data reception, and LED TxD during data transmission. The interface employs a UART-type controller, compatible with 16C550, and includes protective circuitry and parity bits for data integrity. Certified under CE, C-UL-US, and GOST-R standards, the module operates effectively within a temperature range of 0 to 50 degrees Celsius and can be transported or stored between -25 to 70 degrees Celsius with 10 to 90% relative humidity. This module expands the functional scope of PP45 panels, catering to specialized communication needs.
