The Kollmorgen 502-03548-00 is a 24 VDC input module designed explicitly for use with PiC900 industrial control systems. This 16-point I/O module measures 41 x 305 x 213mm and is UL, cUL listed, and CE marked. It operates in temperatures ranging from 45 to 131 degrees Fahrenheit, with storage capabilities at -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. It maintains a relative humidity range of 5 to 95% with a maximum power dissipation of 3.6 Watts. Featuring a 25-pin card edge field-side connector with screw terminals, it employs nominal on/off voltage levels of 24VDC/0VDC respectively. This module can handle a maximum input voltage of 30 VDC and a current of 7.5 milliamps. It converts DC signals to logic levels decipherable to the system CPU. Equipped with one diagnostic LED and 16 indicator LEDs for input channels, this product should be installed by qualified personnel exclusively.
