The 5DLSD3.1001-00 link module by B & R Automation enhances communication between automation modules and industrial PCs using a single cable, extending data transfer capabilities for touchscreens, LEDs, and matrix keys up to 100 meters. Compatible with USB 2.0, it supports data transfer without additional modules and requires an SDL3 receiver in the automation panel and an SDL3 interface in the PC for optimal functionality. It integrates seamlessly with automation panel models 923, 933, 1000, and 5000. The module features link status LEDs and is certified under CE, UKCA, UL, and HazLoc standards, ensuring industry reliability. It includes two USB Type-A interfaces, offering transfer speeds from 1.5 Mbit/sec to 30 Mbit/sec. Operating at 24 V DC with a 3 A maximum current, it adheres to the EN 61131-2 standard with Galvanic isolation, class II overvoltage protection, and a pollution degree 2 rating. Available online, it caters to various needs with substantial stock and support.
