The 5LS172 is a PCI half-size module manufactured by B & R Automation in the 5LS Logic Scanner Cards series. It features 2 CAN bus interfaces with CANopen Master Configurable support, 256 kB battery-backed SRAM, and transfer rates up to 500 kbit/s. Operating between 0 to 55°C (storage: -25 to 70°C) and tolerating 0–95% non-condensing humidity, it’s compatible with B&R Automation PC, Panel PC, and Desktop PC environments.
