The 7CP476-010.97, designed by B&R Automation, is a powerful CPU module that advances the functionality of the B&R SYSTEM 2003. It comes with 750 KByte SRAM and FlashPROM options of 512 KByte and 1.5 MByte, making it well-suited for handling complex processes. The module features a 9-pin D-type I/O interface for easy expansion and an RS232 interface that supports data transmission up to 15 meters at 19200 Baud, with a maximum speed of 115.2 kBaud. Additionally, the CAN interface allows for high-speed communication over 1000 meters at up to 500 kBaud. It includes an LED status display and supports expansions like the ME010 and ME020 modules for PCMCIA memory cards. Operating at 20 W and providing 12.5 W for I/O ports, it supports up to 272 digital and 80 analog I/O points. This module is ideal for diverse industrial applications due to its flexibility and robust performance.
