The 80PS080X3.10-01 by B & R Automation is a robust power supply module designed for industrial environments, offering exceptional performance and reliability. It supports an input voltage of 3x 380-480 VAC with a frequency of 50-60 Hz, handling currents of 3x 2.2A at 400VAC or 3x 1.8A at 480VAC in three-phase systems. With an output range of 24-80 VDC and a maximum power output of 1000 W, it delivers a continuous current of 16.6 A, capable of handling 20% current surges for 2 seconds. The module features adjustable chopper output (29-95 VDC) and incorporates short circuit, overload, and open circuit protections. It includes LED indicators for status monitoring and an internal fan for heat dissipation, ensuring an efficiency above 92% within a 0-50°C operational temperature range. Measuring 67.5 mm by 257 mm by 219 mm, this compact unit is an efficient and versatile solution for high-power industrial applications.
