The 8AC122.60-2 ACOPOS plug-in module, crafted by B & R Automation, is engineered for excellence in industrial motion control systems. This module offers superior power conversion and precise signal processing, essential for efficient motor control in automation facilities. It supports high-accuracy resolver and sine/cosine inputs with differential signal transmission, allowing a 14-bit angular position resolution per revolution for detailed feedback. Capable of handling cables up to 100 meters, it operates at a power consumption of 2.5 W. Featuring UP/DN LEDs for status monitoring and differential voltage outputs of 3.4 V at 10 kHz, the unit supports a maximum current of 50 mA. The resolver input functions at a 10 kHz frequency with a voltage range of 3 to 7 Vrms. Certified by CE, UKCA, UL, and KC standards, it operates between 5°C and 40°C, handling up to 85% humidity. Note that resolver inputs lack electrical isolation, unlike the sine/cosine inputs.
