The 8AC122.60-3 ACOPOS plug-in module, produced by B & R Automation, is designed for reliable signal processing in demanding environments. This module allows for high-precision angular measurements with an electrical angular error of approximately 10 angular minutes or better. It offers a nominal transformation ratio ranging from 0.5% to 10% for flexible signal conversion. Featuring support for Differential signal transmission, it includes an input impedance of 10.4 kΩ to 11.1 kΩ per pin and a signal frequency of 10 kHz. Without electrical isolation for the encoder, the common mode voltage for sine/cosine inputs is capped at ~20 volts, making it ideal for systems not requiring isolation. It operates effectively between 5°C and 55°C, with storage temperatures from -25°C to 55°C. The module is CE, UKCA, and KC certified, suitable for global use, and functions in 5-85% relative humidity and transport temperatures from 40°C to 95°C.
