The B & R Automation 8BCM0012.1034C-0 module from the CM16 Motor Cables series by B & R Automation is an X20BCM Bus Controller designed for industrial PROFINET networks. It operates on a 24 VDC power supply with a typical current consumption of 210 mA, supporting 10/100 Mbps data rates via 2 x RJ45 Ethernet ports. Housed in a plastic, DIN rail mountable enclosure, it is rated IP 67 (excluding the output side) and meets Insulation Class F requirements. The controller supports the PROFINET IO-Device standard, provides LEDs for operating and communication states, and accommodates moments of inertia from 0.06 to 1.20 kgm² within an operating temperature range of 0...+55 °C.
