The B & R Automation 8EI017HWS10.0600-1 drive from the 8EI Servo Drives series delivers robust performance for industrial automation applications. This 1-axis module features 1 slot for plug-in modules and supports a mains input voltage of 3x 200-480 VAC at 50/60 Hz ~4%. It provides an installed load of up to 18 kVA with an inrush current of Max. 50 A, continuous current of 17 Aeff, and a DC bus connection continuous power rating of 8.5 kW. The drive includes an internal braking resistor, hardwired STO safety technology with encoder, and supports TN-S or TN-C-S network configurations with grounded neutral. Designed for wall mounting with wire end sleeve terminals (0.25–4 mm²) and up to 3 m cable length, it weighs 4 kg and allows both horizontal and vertical orientations at altitudes up to 500 m.
