The B&R Automation ACOPOS P3 servo drive, model 8EI4X5MWD10.0600-1, is engineered for advanced motion control in industrial environments. It accommodates dual voltage supplies of 110VAC to 230VAC and 200VAC to 230VAC with ~10% tolerance, operating at 50 to 60 Hz frequency. The drive supports a maximum load of 5 kVA with an inrush current up to 22 A, and can manage two motor connections, each providing up to 1 kW and 4.5 A_eff, with peak currents reaching 12.25 A_eff. Total power output can reach up to 2.5 kW. It performs optimally at switching frequencies of 5, 10, and 20 kHz. However, operation at high temperatures can lead to current reduction at 20 kHz. Safety features include overload, short circuit, and ground fault protection. It features physical connections with three-phase U, V, W, and PE connectors, suitable for wires ranging from 1.5 to 6 mm², and supports a maximum output frequency of 598 Hz.
