The Kollmorgen AKD PDMM series delivers an efficient combination of a servo drive and a robust motion controller in one compact unit, significantly minimizing costs associated with panel space, wiring and assembly time. This PDMM drive subseries, including the AKD-M00606-MCEC-0000 model, is designed to manage multiple high-performance servo axes, and works seamlessly with Kollmorgen AKM and CDDR motors, as well as other direct-drive technology motors. Powered by an AC voltage ranging from 120 to 480 Volts, the drives can be supplied by either a single or a three-phase power source. Notably, the AKD-M00606-MCEC-0000 model supports co-engineering capabilities for application-specific modifications and delivers a peak current of 18 ARMS and continuous current of 6 ARMS. Equipped with standard U.S.customizations, a motion card with an 800 Hertz processor speed, and EtherCat connectivity, the drive is easily programmed via the Kollmorgen Automation Suite for enhanced flexibility.
