The AKD-P00306-NBCN-0069 servo drive, produced by Kollmorgen, is designed for operation exclusively in the vertical position and within a temperature range of 0 °C - 40 °C. The device uses copper conductors and can adapt the drive process variables for a base drive. Fitted with motion bus and a TCP/IP service channel, its power segment has an IGBT module with output-stage floating current measurement. This drive does not feature an internal regen resistor and is typically paired with induction machines, linear motors and synchronous servomotors. It has seven programmable digital inputs and uses the WorkBench software to setup unit parameters. The device communicates through its X12 and X13 RJ-45 connectors. The B1 button starts pre-defined functions. The drive’s IP is assigned when the 24 V supply voltage is off. It consists of two quick digital inputs suited for electronic gearing and position latching. The unit supports both sink and source type sensors for its first two digital inputs and is marked by an Enable digital input floating reference common line at the X/4 terminal.
