The AKD-P00606-NBEC-0069 is a next-generation position indexer servo drive produced by Kollmorgen and designed to control motion in automation applications. Seamless, instant access to all machine features is made possible due to its plug-and-play commissioning. The drive supports a current rating of 6 Arms and operates at a voltage of 120/240 Vac. Notably, it features EtherCAT connectivity, promising low communication jitter and rapid data updates. However, it does not include EMC filters for interface suppression and these need to be added separately. Encased in a weight of 1.1 kg, this American standard configuration device operates optimally at an air temperature of 0 to 40°C with a relative humidity of 5% to 85% without condensation. A J-Class fuse with a top rating of 15 A ensures smooth operation, and it commands a motor phase torque of 5-7 in-lbs.
