Kollmorgen's AKD-P02407-NCEC-0111 is an Ethernet-capable servo drive, known for its compactness and robustness. The device's IP address can be set as a DHCP IP with help from a DHCP server on the network. With EtherCAT connectivity, it functions as a slave on the RJ-45 network when connected through the RJ-45 X5 and X6 connectors. Two built-in LEDs indicate the communication status. The drive allows for live adjustments to parameters by qualified professionals. Connection is compatible with PCs containing a minimum of a Pentium II processor, Windows compatible colour adapter, DVD drive, 20MB of hard disk space and a free Ethernet/ hub/ switch port. Faults activate an open fault relay and switch off the output stage, with the fault code displayed on the LED display for easy troubleshooting, an F followed by a three-digit code indicates the specific fault.
