The AKD-T02406-NBAN-0000 is a Kollmorgen servo drive that operates similar to a BASIC version drive with straightforward programmability. The unit, which is both CE Certified and RoHS Compliant, utilizes X7 and X8 connectors for I/O connections. Initial setup, firmware downloads, and PC communication are managed through its proprietary Workbench software. The drive boasts a high power density, an update rate of 1.5 MHz, and complies with IEC 62061 SIL 2 specifications for its Safe Torque Off feature. The unit houses an IGBT module at its power output stage and monitors the motor temperature, providing full digital control. Operating voltage ranges between -2 and 2 VDC for its digital inputs and includes an integrated regen resistor with the option for external resistor connection. It requires proper grounding and must not be operated outside a control cabinet. The drive uses a six-pole terminal connector for motor connection at mains voltages between 120 V and 240 V.
