The Kollmorgen's AKM21C-ANS2GB-03 is a DC brushless synchronous motor, suitable for diverse servo applications encompassing use of industrial robots and machine tool automation. The motor, made to function optimally in dynamic environments, incorporates a specialized neodymium-iron-boron magnetic material. It offers a rated speed, torque and power of 2500 rpm, 0.46 Nm, and 0.12 kW respectively, at 115 V, with the values being 8000 rpm, 0.39 Nm and 0.32 kW when at 230 V. It is designed to IP65 international protection standards, which shields against dust and low pressure water jets from any direction. The AKM21C-ANS2GB-03 also has a rotor moment of inertia of 0.11 kgcm2 and weighs 0.82 kg. It provides consistent performance within a temperature range of 5 ºC to 40 ºC.
