Kollmorgen, a renowned name in crafting electrochemical control products, introduces the AKM32D-ANCNC-00 synchronous servo motor. This product stands out for its exceptional performance in servo applications, driven by SERVOSTAR servo amplifiers and built-in resolvers, ensuring precise control over position, torque, and speed. The motor, weighing 2.23 kg with a moment of inertia of 0.53 kgcm2, complies with IEC flange dimensions. Operating at a mains voltage of 400 V, the motor can reach speeds up to 5500 rpm, generating 1.65 Nm torque. It also features class F insulation and is designed to prevent dust ingress and resist low-pressure jets. Ideal for high-frequency reciprocating motion, the motor's low moment of inertia also allows short-duration, high acceleration, and deceleration. The shaft can withstand axial and radial loads of 65 N and 195 N respectively at 3000 rpm. Peaking at 6000 rpm, the motor can output a continuous torque of 1.58 Nm, while the winding temperature is monitored to prevent overheating.
