The Kollmorgen AKM32D-ANCNR-01 is a high-precision synchronous motor equipped with a brushless two-pole hollow shaft transmitter resolver and a standard feedback unit. This resolver is ideal due to its lightweight, low rotational inertia, and high tolerance of rotational imbalance. The motor integrates a Positive Temperature Coefficient with the SERVOSTAR servo amplifier's monitoring system, allowing resistance adaptability during temperature changes. It should be placed away from liquids and conductive materials to ensure the integrity of its 20k hours bearing life. The compatibility of resolver poles and motor poles must be confirmed to prevent incorrect server-amplifier settings and subsequent motor damage. Designed with a 70mm flange and a sleek shaft, the motor also offers ease in handling and installation. Strategy should be taken into consideration to refrain from using force and axle loads on the shaft to extend the motor's lifespan. This model comes with a shaft seal to prevent oil mist and spray from bearing interference. For any maintenance needs, only qualified professionals should be employed.
