The Kollmorgen AKM33H-ACCNR-01 is a synchronous servomotor partnered with a SERVOSTAR digital servo amplifier. It features a 70mm flange adhering to IEC standards, a cylindrically ended keyway shaft and a rated power of 1.31 kW at 230 V. The shaft seal helps protect against oil mist and spray but may cause data to be lower than expected. The motor handles both axial and radial forces while operating and utilizes a locking thread for power transmission. Only technicians knowledgeable in national accident prevention regulations should handle the motor which requires regular checks for safe operation including surface temperature checks and monitoring the thermal resistor in its windings. To avoid damage, the shaft should be as free from axial forces as possible and a low-resistance earthing connection is necessary for personnel safety. Compliance with connection condition specifications and according to the wiring diagram in the servo amplifier manual is essential.
