The Kollmorgen AKM41E-ANCN2-00 is a high-precision, compact brushless servo motor. Its distinctive features include an IP57 rating, shielding it from selective dust ingress and conferring safety against immersion, between 15cm and 1m depth. The motor efficiently dissipates heat using a 10x10x1/4-inch aluminum plate supporting convection cooling. Operational characteristics include 5 pole pairs, a thermal resistance of 0.97 oC/W, a thermal time constant of 13 minutes, and a suitable operation within an ambient temperature range of -20 to +80 degrees Celsius. The motor provides 0.014 Nm or 0.12lbs of static friction. Also, it includes a line-line inductance of 18.4 mH and 6.02 line-line resistance, delivering a back EMF constant of 45.6Vrms/krpm and motor constant of 0.246 Nm/√W. It also features an optional holding brake, class 'F' insulation, an 88mm installation flange, and yields a continuous torque of 2.02 Nm at stall TCS. It weighs 2.44 kg, exclusive of the holding brake.
