The AKM44E-ANCNDA00, expertly crafted by Kollmorgen, is a brushless DC servomotor ideal for high-demand servo applications. Lacking brushes, the motor utilizes an electronic commutation enabled by a servo amplifier. With a smooth shaft and the integration of an ECN1x13 feedback system, the device maximizes operational effectiveness. However, it is noteworthy that it doesn't include a braking system. This motor, enameled in a matte black finish, is incompatible with trichloroethylene and nitro-thinners. Encasing an electrically detached PTC, this servomotor insufficiently safeguards against short, overwhelming loads. The device possesses a static friction torque of 0.05 Nm. During operation, it sustains radial loads of 450 N at the shaft end at 3000 rotations per minute, and axial loads of 180 N. It's vital to maintain insulation clearances and avoid bending components when handling and moving the servomotor. In V3-mounting positions, liquids must not infiltrate the bearings, and the motor should be in a de-energized state during assembly and wiring.
