The Kollmorgen AKM52G-ANC2EJN0 is a durable, matte-black synchronous servomotor that employs a brushless design, making it ideal for precise positioning tasks when used with a digital servo amplifier. Only qualified personnel should handle its installation, operation, and maintenance. It incorporates grease-lubricated ball bearings and a smooth shaft while its permissible axial force should not exceed a third of the permissible radial force. Notably, the motor's performance reduces slightly at altitudes between 1000m and 2000m above sea level. It’s equipped with an electrically isolated PTC insulation rated at 155±5°C, and should be paired with a motor choke if the motor cable length is over 25m. Designed to withstand a wide temperature range of -30°C to 80°C, its housing may reach over 100°C during operation. Care must be taken during setup to prevent inadvertent contact with live or moving parts.
