The AKM52H-CN9NGE00, created by Kollmorgen, is a synchronous servomotor designed for machinery demanding high stability and dynamic performance, including machine tools and industrial robots. It features a matte black powder polyester coating and connects to a three-phase network. Equipped with an electrically isolated PTC with a rated temperature of 155°C (± 5%), it does not offer protection from short, intense overloading. The motor must not be used if the machine it's installed in does not meet the EMC Directive, EC Machinery Directive, or Low Voltage Directive. It should be safeguarded from mechanical impacts to prevent paint damage and potential corrosion risks. Only trained personnel should maintain the motor, with cleaning limited to Isopropanol or similar substances, and direct immersion or spraying should be avoided. Grounding of the motor and servo drive, in accordance with the servo drive's manual, is essential, as is careful handling of power connections to prevent flashovers which could cause injury or contact damage.
