The AKM65P-ACCNDA01 by Kollmorgen is a synchronous servomotor designed for intensive servo applications such as positioning tasks in machine tools, industrial robots, and transfer lines. It is used as a component within an electrical device or machine and cannot be run independently. It is ideally used with Kollmorgen's digital servo amplifier but is never directly linked to the primary power supply. It has a maximum bus voltage of 640 VDC, comes with a flange size of 138mm, and has a rotor length of 5. Its keyway shaft includes a shaft seal for enhanced environmental protection. The motor is to be installed only by trained personnel in a site free of aggressive and conductive material. Ventilation for the motor must be unobstructed and ambient and flange temperatures should be maintained within permissible limits. Before installing in locations with temperatures above 40°C, seek advice from Kollmorgen's application department.
