The Kollmorgen-produced AKM74Q-GN1NR-02, a cost-effective brushless servo motor, employs low-harmonic distortion magnets for enhanced performance. Notable for its 188mm flange size and four standard mounting holes, this motor utilizes 4 rotor stacks and Q type winding. Created as an alternative to the IEC standard, power is delivered via a smooth output shaft. The absence of a brake is by design; any need for one should be specified at the point of order. Capable of generating 52.2 Nm of continuous torque while utilizing a rated current of 26.1 A at stall TCS, this model works optimum on a 240/400/480 VAC power supply. It delivers 5.71 kW of power at a steady speed of 1300 RPM producing 41.9 Nm torque when operated on 320 VDC. On a 560 VDC power source, it operates at 2500 RPM, delivering 31.5 Nm of torque and 8.25 kW of power. Weighing 33.6 kg without the brakes, it requires expert handling and usage should always be as per the user manual instructions.
