The Beckhoff AX8206-0200-0000 is a single-axis module from the AX8000 series designed for high performance and safety in industrial applications. This module integrates a DC link and an inverter, providing a rated output current of 6A, a peak output of 20A, and a maximum DC link voltage of 848V DC. It efficiently operates with an input voltage range of 100 to 480V AC, accommodating various power supply configurations. The tool-free AX-Bridge system simplifies assembly by automatically connecting modules' DC link with 24V DC control voltage and EtherCAT communication lines, optimizing energy use during operations. Advanced safety features, including Safe Torque Off and Safe Operating Stop, comply with EN ISO 13849-1:2015 (Cat 4, PL e) and SIL 3 standards. The module supports multi-feedback interfaces with compatibility for OCT, EnDat 3, and BiSS C encoders for precise motor control. It operates between 0°C to 40°C (up to 55°C with power reduction) and is CE, cULus, and EAC certified for international compliance.
