The B-402-B-A1 is a low inertia, brushless B series servomotor produced by Kollmorgen. Housed in a 4-sized square frame, it features screw thread connectors, supports standard metric mounting, and includes a rear shaft extension. With a peak line current rating of 18.8A, it can rapidly accelerate or decelerate as required, making it ideal for applications requiring prompt response. This motor works optimally with Kollmorgen's SERVOSTAR digital amplifier, which uses phase angle advance algorithms to provide protection against motor over-temperature.
