The B-402-BD-99-TS-294 is an advanced servo motor manufactured by Kollmorgen- a leader in industrial automation products. This model is part of their acclaimed GOLDLINE series, widely regarded for cost- and performance-efficiency, and robust build quality. Uniquely designed for advanced motion control applications, the motor is explosion-proof, making it suitable for operation in hazardous industrial settings. It can be outfitted with front-mounted gearheads and fail-safe brakes, providing 8 Nm of holding torque beneficial for static parking and emergency stops. This particular model stands out for its low-inertia rotors that enable rapid acceleration and quick start/stop functions. The class H insulation on the armature offers a temperature resilience of up to 180ᵒC. With a power output of 2.2 kW and a top speed of 3000 rpm, this model is also waterproof for up to 30 minutes due to its IP 67 standard sealing. Its peak current is 18.8 Amps, producing a continuous torque of 7.4 Nm.
