The B-404-B-A3-B2, a product of Kollmorgen renowned for its durable and cost-efficient motion control equipment, is a high power servo motor from the GOLDLINE series. Engineered for position and speed control in industrial systems, it yields an 8 Nm holding torque which enables functions such as static parking and emergency stop. Capable of producing a 7.4 Nm continuous torque and a peak current of 18.8 Amps, this model also includes a DC tachometer for controlling motion at low speeds. It possesses an ingress protection of IP 65, safeguarding against debris, water jets, and oily liquids. Featuring a low inertia rotor, the B-404-B-A3-B2 ensures high-speed performance and rapid start-stop functions. Its compact, high torque to volume ratio design allows for impressive continuous torque delivery. Built with class H insulation materials, the motor’s armature can endure temperatures up to 180 ᵒC.
