The BH-622-B-99-270 servomotor, created by Kollmorgen, is a low inertia piece from the GOLDLINE brand. Working with a S610 SERVOSTAR servo amplifier, this Class H insulated device, meets DIN 57530 specifications. With a peak current rating of 37.7A and a maximum length of 355.6mm (including brake), it features a rotor with 10.3kgcm2 inertia. The installation requires proper EMC shielding and requires the motor flange and surroundings to ensure good heat transfer, not exceeding 65°C flange temperature. It features a phase-to-phase winding inductance of 32mH and resistance of 1.91 Ohms, with shielded motor cables having a 4 x 2.5mm2 area. The motor leads, ideal for trailing, withstand a million bending cycles and have less than 150pF/m capacitance. The motor comes with integrated thermal contact windings and weighs 16.8kg. The high radial force makes it suitable for high dynamics requirements.
