The Okuma-manufactured BL4-D100A is a maintenance drive unit, re-engineered from Okuma's conventional BL2-D drives. This unit, with a rating of 100A, is compatible with a range of BL2-D counterparts - BLII-D15A through BLII-D100A - using appropriate switch and jumper settings. The BL4-D100A aims to streamline automation processes by integrating multiple servo-drives into a single unit and driving various servomotors via easy switching configurations. This unit operates on a 3-phase AC supply, tolerating voltages from 180-240 volts, and frequencies of 50/60Hz. The single-axis, type-A model comprises of a control PC board and a power unit with a capacity of 100. Performance can be checked via an oscilloscope attached to the motor terminals; the unit boasts a velocity command via +/- 10V signal, equating to a motor speed around 3750min-1, and a torque control limited to a 10V command.
