The BLIII-D is a superior motion control product manufactured by Okuma. It is a servo drive unit available in two models; the BLIII-D75A with a power unit capacity of 75A and a weight of 5 kg, and the upgraded version, the BLIII-D150A, which boasts a power unit capacity of 150A and weighs 9 kg. The latter drive is compatible with 15A, 30A, 50A, and 75A. Okuma ensures easy replacement of BLIII-D units with BDU and BL-D units through the adjustment of jumper connectors and switch settings. The BLIII-D drive operates with a DC power supply within the permissible value of 170 to 242 V AC at 50/60 Hz frequency. For efficient process monitoring, the drive features monitor terminals and advanced LED indicators. The indicators, visible through the unit's cover cutout, provide immediate troubleshooting information for issues such as overcurrent, under/over voltage, and CPU malfunction.
