The BLIV-D200A, a one-axis servo drive produced by Okuma, acts as a maintenance unit for the BLII-D150A and BLII-D200A conventional servo drives. It's essential to connect and disconnect this unit only after it has been fully powered off and discharged to prevent malfunction or damage from incorrect voltage or polarity. The design includes two terminal blocks and various LEDs to display different operation states. Notably, it has power supply and control PC board (Type A) and operates at a three-phase voltage with 50Hz/60Hz frequency. It becomes crucial to replace the servo drive and servomotor when the latter is magnetized. The unit's operation and maintenance require adherence to safety measures, including voltage testing with a 300VAC voltmeter, waveform observation with an oscilloscope, and resetting with the SW1 switch in the OFF position. The size is 482 x 160mm, and it weighs 8kg.
