The BTV20.2CA-64B-33C-D-FW, a machine operator panel, is a product of Bosch Rexroth Indramat. Primarily utilized with various NC and PLC controllers, its design features a 4mm front panel with narrowed edges and a key switch for safety. It contains eight different modules, inclusive of a 10/100 MBIt Ethernet-Card PCM-E02.1, CNC and PLC modules preinstalled with Profibus software. Moreover, an operating system is built into the device upon delivery, with the option available for pre-installation of specific software for a MTC200 CNC or ISP200 PLC device. The panel is chiefly used for standalone machine control and visualizing internal operations, relevant for lathes, milling and grinding machines, or machine centers. Usage restrictions apply to temperature and humidity conditions, compatible accessories and certified operators to maintain device integrity and avoid potential harm.
