The Bosch Rexroth Indramat CCD01.1-KE02-01-FW is a servo motion controller of the CCD01.1 series. It's equipped with a CLC-D02.3M-FW motion control card, supporting non-coordinated and multi-axis coordinated motion alongside integrated I/O logic control. The highly modular system, consisting of a basic unit, configured drive controller, software, and plugin module, enables a compact packaging while combining main drives with AC servo. The controller is ideal for industrial applications where EMC directives are applicable. Only trained technicians should install the device. For safety, ensure proper grounding, disconnect from high voltage sources before commissioning, and wait five minutes for capacitors to discharge. The unit uses cold technology for internal cooling, necessitating installation in a clean, dust-free environment with sufficient air circulation. Despite being maintenance-free, regular cleaning is recommended.
